We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Lunch Daily: 12:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointments

Dr. Nadell sees patients by appointment only. Should you have an emergency, please call our office for urgent appointment scheduling. We appreciate your patience as the staff tries to work you into the schedule.

Routine visits may be scheduled during regular office hours by calling 602-234-1333. Please do not call the office on weekends to schedule a routine appointment.

New patient appointments generally require more time than established patients. This is because a complete medical history of the patient is compiled.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call our office as soon as possible. This will permit us to put another patient in your place. It is necessary that we work by appointment. Unfortunately, emergencies do occur, which occasionally cause delays in the physician's daily schedule. Again, we ask for your patience regarding these matters.

Billing Management

Our charges are based upon the severity and complexity of your injury or illness. All co-payments, deductibles and other amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility. You should be prepared to pay these amounts at the time of your visit. Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments are accepted. Cash discounts are available.

Should you have a financial problem that results in your delaying the payment of the bill, please speak with the office manager. She will make every effort to work out an acceptable payment plan that will enable you to take care of your financial obligation.

As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claim. We do verify coverage with your carrier prior to subsequent appointments and will notify you of any related payment problems.

Pre-payment of Delivery & Procedure Fees:

We will contact your insurance company to verify your benefits for delivery and/or surgery. We will attempt to determine the cost of your delivery or a procedure that will not be covered by your insurance. Payment of your balance in full is required before the delivery or procedure. For your convenience, payment arrangements are available. Call us to set up a payment plan. Remember, the insurance company will only estimate the amount you may owe. This verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment. Please call your insurance company if you have any questions.

Fees:

Our fees for professional services are consistent with those in the community. An estimate for proposed services may be obtained upon request.

Health plan coverage varies significantly by carrier, by employer, and/or by contract. We cannot know the benefits and exclusions of each patient’s health plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to know and understand her plan coverage and benefits.

Disability and Other Forms:

We realize that special forms are sometimes necessary to provide documentation of medical conditions. Completing forms is time consuming and generally falls outside of the contractual relationship between you and your insurance company. We will be happy to complete the initial form for you free of charge. Each additional form must be accompanied with a filing fee of $10.00 prior to completion. Please allow appropriate time for completion.

Returned Checks:

A fee of $20.00 for checks returned to us for insuffient funds will be charged to your account. Future services will require payment by cash, money order or credit card for your payment obligations.

Emergencies

After 5 p.m. on weekdays and on the weekends, Dr. Nadell is available in case of an emergency. Please limit after hour calls to emergencies only. In the event you determine the problem is severe, please go directly to the hospital emergency room. The physician on duty will notify the office of your arrival at the hospital.
